5. How long are cookies kept?
Session cookies: Deleted when you close the browser.
Persistent cookies: Kept for as long as the purpose requires, or for the period shown in the table below; they are deleted or anonymised when that period ends.

7. How can you manage your cookie preferences?
Cookie banner and preferences panel: On your first visit, the banner offers “Accept”, “Decline” and “Manage preferences”. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. (Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off.) Open cookie settings now
Browser settings: You can block or delete cookies. How you do this depends on your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
Advertising preferences: You can turn off personalised ads in the ad settings of providers such as Google and Meta.
Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before it was withdrawn.
8. Transfers to third parties and abroad
Services such as analytics, advertising and IT infrastructure may involve transferring data abroad. In that case, under KVKK Art. 9, data is transferred to countries with adequate protection; otherwise your explicit consent is obtained or safeguards set by the Board are applied.

Personal data is protected by administrative and technical measures such as access control, encryption, logging, network security and supplier contracts.
10. Your rights
You can exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11 (to request information, correction, deletion, to object to processing, etc.) by e-mailing info@modalco.com or writing to Karşıyaka Mh. Odabaşı Cd. No: 4089/3 Elmadağ/Ankara. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
11. Updates
This Policy may be updated. The latest version is always published on the Site; significant changes may also be announced.
