We act in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and relevant legislation.

  • First-party cookies are created by Modalco.

  • Third-party cookies (e.g., analytics and advertising providers) may be placed by third parties; sharing with these parties is limited to the scope of purpose and consent. If cross-border data transfer is involved, the requirements of KVKK Art. 9 are complied with.

5. How long do we store cookies?

  • Session cookies: Deleted when the browser is closed.

  • Persistent cookies: Stored for the maximum period required for the purpose or for the duration specified in the table below; they are deleted/anonymized once the period expires.

7. How can you manage your cookie preferences?

  • Cookie Preference Panel: You can provide/withdraw your consent via the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of the Site. (Mandatory cookies cannot be disabled.)

  • Browser settings: You can block/delete cookies. The method varies depending on the browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).

  • Advertising preferences: You can opt-out of personalized advertisements via the advertising settings pages of providers such as Google and Meta.

Withdrawing your consent at any time does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

8. Transfer to third parties and cross-border data transfer

In services such as analytics/advertising/IT infrastructure, cross-border data transfer may occur. In this case, transfers are made to countries with adequate protection in accordance with KVKK Art. 9; otherwise, your explicit consent is obtained or the commitment mechanisms determined by the Board are implemented.

9. Data security

Personal data are protected through administrative and technical measures such as access authorization, encryption, logging, network security, and supplier contracts.

10. Your rights

You can exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11 (right to information, correction, deletion, objection to processing, etc.) by sending an email to kvkk@modalco.com, or via, or in writing to Karşıyaka Mh. Odabaşı Cd. No:4089/3 Mamak/Ankara. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest.

This Policy may be updated. The most current version is published on the Site; significant changes may also be announced separately.
