Shipping policy

Modalco delivers your orders quickly and safely anywhere in Türkiye. Below you will find everything about shipping and delivery.

In short: Weekday orders placed by 12:00 ship the same day · Delivery in 1–3 business days · Free shipping on orders of 1,000 TL and above

Carrier

Your orders are shipped with our partner carrier PTT Kargo.

Same-day dispatch

Orders placed on weekdays (Monday–Friday) by 12:00 (noon) are handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 ship the next business day; orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays ship on the following business day.

During busy campaign periods this may take 1–2 extra business days; if so, we will let you know by e-mail.

Delivery time

Once shipped, your order reaches you within 1–3 business days, depending on your delivery address. Under the distance sales agreement, the maximum legal delivery time is 30 days.

Shipping fee

  • Standard shipping is free on orders of 1,000 TL and above.
  • For orders under 1,000 TL the shipping fee is 99 TL.
  • For faster delivery, an Express Shipping option is available at checkout for 199 TL.
  • The shipping fee is calculated on the cart total after discounts and is clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery area

We ship to every province and district in Türkiye. For international orders, the shipping fee is shown at checkout.

Order tracking

When your order is shipped, your tracking number is sent to you by e-mail. You can also follow your order from the My account page.

Receiving your package

Please check the package in the presence of the courier. You may refuse damaged, crushed or opened packages by having the courier record a damage report. If you receive a damaged product, notify us at info@modalco.com with photos within 48 hours; we will replace it or refund it free of charge.

If you are not at the address

If you are not available at delivery, PTT Kargo leaves a notice and your package is held at the nearest PTT branch for a period of time. Packages not collected within this period are returned to us, and we will contact you.
