How to use
- Room fragrance: Add 1–7 drops to your diffuser, oil burner or aroma stone. Don't run it non-stop for long periods in a closed room; ventilate.
- Skin care: Mix 5–6 drops into 30 ml of a carrier oil such as jojoba, sweet almond or grapeseed (about 1%). Massage a few drops gently into clean skin; use on oily areas and the T-zone 2–3 evenings a week. Keep away from the eye area.
- Scalp: Massage the same blend into the scalp, then wash with shampoo.
- Patch test: Before first use, apply the blend behind the ear or on the inner arm and wait 48 hours; don't use it if redness or itching occurs.
